By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
All tickets are non-refundable. However, guests who choose to purchase the TicketSpice Purchase Protection at checkout may be eligible for a refund in accordance with the terms and conditions of that protection plan. 
Tickets are valid only for the selected dates and arrival window. This is an outdoor farm event, and will take place rain or shine. In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, updates will be communicated via email and social media.
Guests understand that this is a working farm environment, and conditions may include uneven ground, mud, insects, and farm equipment. By attending, you assume all risks associated with outdoor farm activities.
Children must be supervised at all times. Miller Farms is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Strawberry availability is dependent on crop conditions. While we do our best to provide a great picking experience, availability may vary throughout the season.
By entering the property, you consent to the use of photo and video taken during the event for promotional purposes.
All guests must follow posted rules and staff instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
I agree for all those in my party and agree to hold harmless and do forever release Miller Farms for all current and future liability related to this visit.
